Is All-Bran Berry Crunch Cereak Healthy? Ingredients & Nutrition Facts

Kellogg's All Bran Fibre Crunch Berry Burst 390G

All-Bran’s superior fiber credentials have never been in question, making it the first word in high fiber cereals for many years.

Despite being part of a healthy diet, many consumers might choose other cereals at breakfast because while All-Bran offers high fiber, it’s lower in sweetness than the competition. That’s why Kellogg’s has released a series of All-Bran variants that pack the high fiber kick of the original recipe but with a little sweet incentive.

In the case of Berry Crunch, you get crunchy mixed cereal pieces with a slight sweetness blended with freeze-dried red fruits. The blackberry, raspberry, and redcurrant pieces add a soft bite to the crunchy cereal pieces as well as a burst of sweet fruit flavor with just the right amount of tartness to offset the wholesome sweetness of the cereal.

Today we’re going to have a look at this crunchy, fruity cereal to see if it’s a good part of a balanced breakfast.

  • Freeze-dried fruits (3%) (blackberry, raspberry, redcurrant)

  • Barley malt extract
  • Raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate)
  • Natural flavoring
  • Emulsifier (soy lecithin)
  • Skimmed milk powder

Is All-Bran Berry Crunch Cereal Healthy?

This cereal gets all its flavor from the subtle sweetness of its crunchy wheat bran chunks and sweet freeze-dried fruits and contains no artificial colors or flavors or any complicated unhealthy chemicals.

It’s also packed with a healthy dose of 8 minerals and vitamins which are crucial to a healthy diet.

The natural grains in every All-Bran cereal are a great source of healthy fiber which is crucial towards maintaining a healthy gut as well as improving aspects of your gastrointestinal health such as accelerating intestinal transit. Most scientific evidence shows that wholegrain fiber has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease.

However, a 45g serving of this crunchy wheat bran cereal contains only 176 calories, which is not a substantial amount of energy to take on at the start of the day.

This stat looks worse when we consider that 27g of a 45g serving is carbohydrates and 9.5g of that is sugar. This means that not only does this cereal not provide a substantial amount of sustenance but more than half of it comes from a less complex energy source that will not last very long.

This means that you’ll be hungry soon after your bowl and you may find yourself craving another. For this reason, it’s best to include this cereal as part of a more varied breakfast or simply to have it as an afternoon or evening snack and not solely rely on it to sustain you until lunch.

Is All-Bran Berry Crunch Cereal Gluten-Free?

The mixed cereal pieces in All-Bran Berry Crunch are made using wheat flour which is not suitable for celiacs or those following a gluten-restricted diet.

Is All-Bran Berry Crunch Cereal Vegan?

This cereal contains no explicit animal products however anyone observing a cruelty-free diet should always be cautious with any sort of cereal.

During the manufacturing process of cereals, sugar is often whitened using bone char, a substance derived from burnt cattle bones. While this substance isn’t an ingredient, the fact that it is used in the process may not make it compatible with an ethical diet.

With cereals, it’s always best to use your discretion if you’re following a vegan diet.

Is All-Bran Berry Crunch Cereal Keto?

All-Bran Berry Crunch is not suitable for a keto diet.

A keto diet places your body into a state called ketosis, where it stops using carbohydrates as its main fuel source and instead uses fat to create ketones, a long-lasting energy source.

Keto requires less than 20g of carbohydrates a day to work, meaning the 27g of carbohydrates in a serving of this cereal makes it unsuited to keto.

Furthermore, it contains virtually no fat which is a crucial component in the body’s production of ketones.

Is All-Bran Berry Crunch Cereal High in Protein?

One serving of this cereal contains 3.5g of protein, which objectively speaking is a low dose of protein but as cereals go it contains a medium amount.

Cereals are often a low source of protein and it’s good to supplement them with something else at breakfast if you are trying to up your intake, like boiled or scrambled eggs.

Is All-Bran Berry Crunch Cereal High in Fiber?

The FDA specifies that a food must contain at least 5g of fiber to be classified as high fiber. This cereal contains 5.9g of whole grain fiber in every serving, which is slightly less than normal All-Bran but still a great source of healthy fiber.

Where You Can Buy All-Bran Berry Crunch Cereal

You will be able to find All-Bran Berry Crunch in the cereal aisle of your local reputable grocery store. If you have no luck there it can be found online at multiple different retailers.

Famous All-Bran Berry Crunch Cereal Commercials

Kellogg’s marketing didn’t release a TV commercial for this cereal. We can assume they were relying on the dedicated All-Bran fanbase to go out and try this fruity variation on their favorite high fiber cereal.

Is Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch Cereal Healthy? Ingredients & Nutrition Facts

Breezy's Cosmic Crunch

Chris Brown certainly got the planet talking in the latter half of 2021 when the American singer and actor announced that he had decided to launch his very own cereal line in collaboration with SoFlo Snacks.

The SoFlo Snacks cereal is a limited edition breakfast choice, and although there is no sign of when the collectible box will no longer be available, it’s not planned to be around forever.

The cereal, which includes galactic marshmallow charms with sweetened oats, comes in a special collectors edition box with the promise of a variety of prizes for a select few, from vouchers to even a video call with Breezy himself.

Nutrition Facts

Each box of the Chris Brown-inspired Cosmic Crunch cereal has approximately nine individual servings, with each serving containing 150 calories as sold or 190 calories with half a cup of fat-free milk.

Below is a rundown of the key nutritional info of the limited edition cereal:

Total Fat 1.5g

Saturated Fat 0g

Trans Fat 0g

Polyunsaturated Fat 0g

Monosaturated Fat 0g

Cholesterol 0g

Sodium 190mg

Total Carbohydrate 32g

Dietary Fiber 2g

Total Sugars 14g

Including Added Sugars 7g

Protein 3g

Ingredients

The cereal contains a large number of trace ingredients, with the primary ingredients being listed below:

  • Whole oat flour
  • Dehydrated marshmallows
  • Sugar
  • Wheat starch
  • Modified corn starch
  • Brown sugar
  • Salt

Is Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch Healthy?

Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch limited-edition cereal includes galactic marshmallow charms, as well as deliciously sweetened oats.

Two words: sugar levels.

Considering these high levels of sugar, Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch can in no way be regarded as a healthy start to the day. Of course, that doesn’t mean you and your family can’t enjoy it, but due to having 14 g of sugar, plus an additional 7g of added sugar, it isn’t a breakfast offering to be consumed every day if you are in any way health-conscious.

Is Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch Gluten-Free?

While many of us can eat wheat just fine, it can cause a range of digestive problems for some. Breezy’s is not a gluten-free cereal as it contains wheat. Therefore it’s not suitable for consumption by anyone who is intolerant to wheat, including those with celiac disease.

Is Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch Vegan?

While on the surface, it would appear that the limited edition breakfast cereal is vegan, it does contain sugar as one of its primary ingredients, as previously mentioned.

Many vegans find sugar problematic, particularly how it is defined. The process involves using bone char, essentially carbonized bone, usually from cows, to create the pure white color of sugar that we have become accustomed to.

Is Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch Keto?

No, per serving, the cereal contains a whopping 32g of carbs, largely due to sweetened oats, but this also includes galactic marshmallow charms in the mix too.

Therefore, Breezy’s are not suitable for anyone following the keto lifestyle or any other low-carb diet for that matter.

Is Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch High in Protein?

According to SoFlo Snacks, the breakfast favorite has just 3g of protein per serving, but when added to half a cup of fat-free milk, this increases to 7g of protein per serving.

For reference, certain varieties of Kellogg’s Special K contain a whopping 15g of protein, so if your protein intake is crucial to you, Chris Brown, aka Breezy himself, might not be able to help you with his cereal!

Is Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch Cereal High in Fiber?

One serving of the galactic marshmallow charms coupled with deliciously sweetened oats is the equivalent to 8% of an average adult’s daily fiber needs. Fiber per portion is 2g, which for a bowl of cereal, isn’t very much.

There are many kinds of cereal with much higher levels of dietary fiber on the market, such as Nature’s Path SmartBran, if you need to need an extra boost of fiber.

Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch Cereal Varieties

There is only one variety of this limited edition breakfast cereal from SoFlo Snacks.

Due to the popularity of the cereal, it may be the case that the special collectors’ edition box becomes a permanent fixture on the market, or new flavors and varieties are introduced. Keep an eye out on the SoFlo Snacks website for any additional information about this.

Where You Can Buy Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch Cereal

The deliciously sweetened oats breakfast cereal isn’t the easiest cereal to come across, nor is it the cheapest. Unfortunately, it is only available on the SoFlo Snacks website, and remember, as a limited-edition cereal, it’s a good idea to grab it quick.

You can order a box online here at the SoFlo Snacks website.

Famous Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch Cereal Commercials

As of yet, there hasn’t been any sort of formal advertisement for the galactic marshmallow charms breakfast cereal brought to you by SoFlo Snacks.

Thanks to the power of social media, however, when Chris Brown excitedly announced in November of 2021 that fans could pre-order Breezy’s Cosmic Crunch through the SoFlo Snacks website, a flashy new limited-edition cereal in an autographed box, the world went mad – with SoFlo Snacks reporting a huge increase in traffic to their website.

“FINALLY DECIDED TO CREATE MY OWN CEREAL,” Chris Brown told his some 100 million-strong Instagram following.

And that’s really all the publicity you could ever need.

When it was finally released, the QR code really helped ramp up the excitement, with Chris Brown himself offering a variety of prizes. Being in with a chance of winning all manner of prizes, from some free cereal or even a video call with Chris Brown himself, was enough to get the public raving about the cereal.

It’s unsurprising then that the collectible box cereal began to fly from the shelves in such a hurry.

Is FaZe H1ghSky1 Smacks Healthy? Ingredients & Nutrition Facts

FaZe H1ghSky1 Smacks - Soflo Snacks

FaZe H1ghSky1 Smacks are a limited-release cereal collaboration between the novelty cereal company Soflo Snacks and popular Fortnite and TikTok influencer FaZe H1ghSky1. First released in 2021, this cereal tastes like honey almond and comes in the form of traditional smacks cereal.

Soflo Snacks, the Miami-based company, have made several novelty cereals over the years, including those based on rappers like Little Durk and influencers such as Drurski. They specialize in creating rare cereal types that normally run for a limited time, with attractive packages, branding, and interactive qualities to them.

Faze H1ghSky1 is a prominent TikTok user and Fortnite player, with well over 2.56 million subscribers on YouTube. He is currently the youngest member (at just 14 years old!) of the esports company FaZe Clan, and it’s because of his affiliation with this company that he landed this cereal collaboration deal.

Although seen as more of a collector’s item than something to be regularly consumed as a breakfast cereal, it’s worth checking out the nutritional value of this novelty cereal.

Nutrition Facts

This cereal comes in one standard size of 6 servings.

In a one-cup serving (34 grams), you’ll find the following nutritional value:

Calories – 120

Total fat – 1.5 grams (3% DV)

Saturated fat – 0 grams (0% Daily Value)

Trans fat – o grams (0% DV)

Cholesterol – o milligrams (0% DV)

Sodium – 160 milligrams (0% DV)

Total carbohydrates – 18 grams (6% DV)

Dietary fiber – 4 grams (16% DV)

Total sugar – 3 grams added sugar (5% DV)

Protein – 13 grams (20% DV)

Ingredients

  • Non-GMO soy protein isolate
  • Non-GMO soy flour
  • Non-GMO rice flour
  • Honey
  • Tapioca starch
  • Soluble vegetable fiber (corn)
  • Pea fiber
  • Cane sugar
  • Almond meal
  • Non-GMO canola/sunflower oil
  • Almond extract
  • Non-GMO baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, and corn starch)
  • Salt
  • Stevia

Is FaZe H1ghSky1 Smacks Cereal Healthy?

Given that this cereal is made to be kept as a collector’s item as opposed to a nutritious breakfast cereal, the cereal is not exactly the healthiest option on the market. Smacks, generally, are quite an unhealthy breakfast option and have a high sugar content.

If you are trying to avoid sugars at breakfast time, you should avoid consuming FaZe Smacks cereal, as it contains 3 grams of added sugar. This is less than a bowl of Kellogg’s Honey Smacks, however.

The cereal does provide a good dose of fiber and protein, suggesting that it does have some level of nutritional value.

Is FaZe H1ghSky1 Smacks Cereal Gluten-Free?

Smacks-style cereals are generally made with a high gluten quantity, given that whole-grain wheat is amongst the primary ingredients in making the cereal. Whole-grain wheat is, of course, rich in gluten and should be avoided if you suffer from a gluten allergy.

Is FaZe H1ghSky1 Smacks Cereal Vegan?

This cereal is flavored with honey, so it cannot be considered vegan as honey is an animal-derived product.

Additionally, this cereal contains added sugars, which may have been refined alongside animal bone char. However, not all sugar is refined in this way, so this may not be relevant to the sugar used in this particular cereal.

Is FaZe H1ghSky1 Smacks Cereal Keto?

FaZe Smacks Cereal is not suitable for those following a Keto diet as it contains sugar and is also rich in carbohydrates. Sugar should be avoided when following a keto diet as it can affect your ability to reach ketosis, and carbohydrates are amongst the main ingredients that you need to avoid when leading a keto lifestyle.

Is FaZe H1ghSky1 Smacks Cereal High in Protein?

Surprisingly, this novelty cereal is particularly high in protein, so much so that it can be classed as a high protein cereal. In just a 34-gram, 1-cup serving, you’ll get 20% of your recommended daily value of protein. This is much more than breakfast cereals advertised as being supposedly high in protein, such as Weetabix Protein, which contains just 7.6 grams per serving.

Eating a fiber-rich breakfast is recommended for those who are looking to control their weight, as a breakfast consisting of over 10 grams of protein will keep you fuller for longer, meaning you won’t have to snack or feel hungry until lunch.

Is FaZe H1ghSky1 Smacks Cereal High in Fiber?

A standard serving of this cereal is not particularly high in fiber, providing that it only equates to around 4 grams, which is relatively low compared to other high-fiber cereals. Although, it is still enough to consider this cereal a ‘good source of fiber.’ According to Today’s Dietitian, a ‘good source of fiber’ is anything over 3 grams.

Plus, FaZe contains significantly more fiber than other sugary breakfast cereals, such as Cap’n Crunch, which only contains 1.3 grams of dietary fiber per one-cup serving. Interestingly, this cereal also contains more fiber than standard Kellogg’s Honey Smacks, which only contain 2 grams of fiber per cup serving.

So, although this cereal can’t be classed as a high fiber cereal, it certainly provides consumers with some level of fiber.

Where You Can Buy FaZe H1ghSky1 Smacks Cereal

Unlike a number of Soflo Snacks products, FaZe H1ghSky1 is amazingly still available to buy from the SoFlo Snacks website, despite being out now for over a year. Although sold for the high price of $9.99, this cereal – particularly the collectible box – is justifiably priced as it may become a collector’s item of sorts and may increase in value over time.

You cannot buy this limited-run cereal anywhere else. It’s currently not available in any grocery stores, and will unlikely be in the future. It also doesn’t appear to be available in any other online retail stores. It may be sold on Amazon and eBay in the future as it increases in value, but there’s no guarantee.

Famous FaZe H1ghSky1 Smacks Cereal Commercials

Given its limited release, there were no commercials released attached to FaZe Smacks. However, the cereal got a lot of mention on FaZe H1ghSky1’s various social platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and Twitch – it is his own cereal after all.

Is Booty O’s Cereal Healthy? Ingredients & Nutrition Facts

Anyone who is a fan of the WWE knows who the New Day is. The wrestling team is famous for jumping through a giant Booty O’s box during the WWE episodes.

In 2016, the New Day turned one of their celebrated WWE stable gimmicks into an actual breakfast cereal. The crunchy cereal features marshmallows in the shapes of unicorn horns, rainbow hearts, and, of course, booty crowns.

The crunchy cereal with marshmallow treats turned into a collector’s item among fans of the celebrated WWE stable, as even though it was edible, it turned out to be more about collectibility. Nevertheless, fans of the New Day could live out the Booty O’s dream with a big bowl of unicorn horns, rainbow hearts, and booty crowns, and you just needed to add milk.

Nutrition Facts

One serving (36 grams) of Booty O’s cereal contains:

  • Calories – 146.7
  • Calories from fat – 12
  • Total fat – 1.3 grams / 2% DV
  • Polyunsaturated fat – 0%
  • Saturated fat – 0%

  • Protein – 2.7g / 20% DV
  • Vitamin A – 20% DV
  • Vitamin C – 13% DV
  • Calcium – 13% DV
  • Iron – 33% DV

The above Daily Value (DV) percentage is based on a diet of 2,000 calories per day.

One 326-gram box of Booty O’s cereal contains around 9 servings.

In total, Booty O’s breakfast cereal contains 0 grams of whole grains.

Ingredients

The ingredients list of Booty O’s cereal includes:

  • Whole oat flour
  • Wheat starch
  • Sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Marshmallows
  • Modified corn starch
  • Salt
  • Tricalcium phosphate
  • Tripotassium phosphate
  • Color
  • Preservatives

Is Booty O’s Cereal Healthy?

It is important to note that Booty O’s was never billed as a healthy cereal. In fact, it really should be considered a collectible item more than real food. Booty O’s was not genuinely designed to be eaten, but as a marketing concept for the creators.

Pretty much every box of Booty O’s breakfast cereal produced still exists in either someone’s collection or for sale via online auction sites or collector forums.

With that said, as a cereal in its own right, Booty O’s could not be considered a healthy cereal.

Firstly, the cereal features marshmallows and a lot of white and brown sugar. One serving of WWE Booty O’s Cereal contains almost 14 grams of sugar, equivalent to nearly 4 teaspoons of sugar in each bowl. Therefore, it would be best to compare Booty O’s Cereal to other sugar-based cereals like Lucky Charms, Count Chocula, or even Fruit Loops.

Secondly, Booty O’s Cereal relies significantly more on sugars and preservatives than actual nutritional ingredients. This is basically due to the fact that as a collectible item, it needs to have an extremely long shelf life.

The fact that there are any nutritional elements, such as vitamins, in Booty O’s is because it needs to contain flour in order to actually be considered a cereal.

Is Booty O’s Cereal Gluten-Free?

WWE Booty O’s cereal is not considered a gluten-free product. Although Booty O’s contains whole oat flour and modified corn starch, products generally considered approved for diets that avoid gluten, it also contains wheat starch.

Is Booty O’s Cereal Vegan?

Booty O’s is not a vegan product. This is primarily due to the fact that it contains marshmallow treats. Marshmallows are typically made with gelatin, which is an animal by-product.

Is Booty O’s Cereal Keto?

Booty O’s isn’t considered a keto-friendly product. The sugar content alone gives the cereal a very high carbohydrate level. Keto diets typically only permit a total daily intake of 20 -30 grams of carbohydrates a day. One serving of the cereal is more than 30 grams of carbohydrates.

Is Booty O’s Cereal High in Protein?

Booty O’s cannot be considered a product high in protein. Most cereals considered high in protein typically have around 10 grams of protein per serving. As this cereal provides less than 3 grams of protein per serving, the protein would be considered minimal. However, if you add milk to a big bowl of this cereal, you’ll increase the protein count somewhat.

Is Booty O’s Cereal High in Fiber?

This cereal isn’t high in dietary fiber. According to the FDA, for most adults, the recommended daily intake of dietary fiber should be around 25 grams. This cereal provides less than 3 grams of fiber per serving. To be considered a ‘high fiber’ food, a cereal must contain at least 5 grams of dietary fiber per serving.

Where You Can Buy Booty O’s Cereal

You can no longer purchase a new box of Booty O’s cereal, as the product is no longer being made. The cereal went on the market on August 2, 2016, and was only meant to run for the initial production.

It was originally only available directly from the maker, FYE. As it was created more as a collector’s item than an actual food product, the only place to now buy a box of Booty O’s cereal is on online auctions such as eBay, collector sites, and Amazon.

Famous Booty O’s Cereal Commercials

The New Day introduced the cereal themselves, calling it several different things, including the official WWE Booty O’s cereal, and all of their announcements are still available to watch and enjoy on the WWE YouTube channel.

On March 13, 2016, at WWE Roadblock 2016, wearing their iconic unicorn horns, the New Day introduced Booty O’s Cereal for the first time.

Then again, on March 28, 2016, at Wrestlemania 32: Raw, the New Day re-introduced their cereal again with a giant Booty O’s box on the big screen, but this time as the official cereal of Wrestlemania 32.

Is SpongeBob Cereal Healthy?

Let’s start with the health benefits of this cereal. SpongeBob cereal is very low in cholesterol and saturated fats, which is certainly beneficial as some processed cereals can be high in both. There’s also a variety of vitamins and nutrients in the ingredients from Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, folic acid, and iron.

However, the downside to this cereal is that it is relatively high in calories, due to the presence of sugar and trans fat. These are two ingredients that are not so healthy for you, so it’s not necessarily a cereal you’ll want to be chomping away on every day.

Is SpongeBob Cereal Gluten-Free?

The SpongeBob SquarePants cereal is not gluten-free due to the whole grain oat flour used. Oats tend to come into cross-contamination with wheat, barley, and rye. All these food ingredients contain gluten, so there’s no guarantee that this cereal won’t contain gluten.

It’s a shame, as this is a colorful mix of cereal pieces and marshmallows that make a fun breakfast option for anyone, whether you’re young or old.

Is SpongeBob Cereal Vegan?

Whilst it’s considered to be somewhat vegan, it’s not guaranteed to be fully vegan due to some of the natural flavorings potentially being derived from animals. For vegans, there’s often a preference when it comes to cereal that’s got natural or artificial flavorings added. Those who are vegan should pay attention to this when deciding whether or not to eat the cereal.

For SpongeBob SquarePants fans, vegans are sadly left out of this cartoon-themed marshmallow cereal if they decided that animal-derived flavorings are off-limits.

Is SpongeBob Cereal Keto?

Due to the high amount of sugars, flavorings, and carbs, this is not a keto-friendly option. Anyone who is looking to try the SpongeBob SquarePants cereal will be disappointed if they’re on a keto diet.

From the fruit-flavored marshmallows to the sugary vanilla-flavored cereal pieces, this cereal ticks all the wrong boxes when it comes to providing nutritional value for keto dieters.

Even without the marshmallows, there’s still a considerable amount of unhealthy ingredients according to the keto diet that makes the SpongeBob SquarePants cereal a no-go for those on a keto diet.

Is SpongeBob Cereal High in Protein?

This vanilla and fruit-flavored SpongeBob SquarePants cereal isn’t particularly high in protein, offering only 3g. That’s not a huge amount when it comes to breakfast cereals but then again, not everyone is looking for a high amount of protein when it comes to the morning cereal.

Anyone who is looking for high protein content in their breakfast, unfortunately, won’t find it with this SpongeBob SquarePants cereal.

Is SpongeBob Cereal High in Fiber?

The SpongeBob SquarePants cereal is a vanilla-flavored combination that doesn’t offer much in the way of fiber. The marshmallows do very little to add to the fiber and instead add more sugar to this SpongeBob SquarePants cereal, which means those looking for a high fiber option will want to consider other cereal options.

SpongeBob Cereal Varieties

The SpongeBob SquarePants Cereal benefited from the SpongeBob SquarePants movie that came out back in 2004, the same year that this cereal was released. The SpongeBob SquarePants movie did well and so did its cereal, perhaps because of its box office success and its international popularity.

However, seeing as there has only been one SpongeBob movie, we’ve not seen any new varieties of this cereal come out since it was first manufactured.

It’s a shame as the collection of marshmallows-based cereal including the iconic SpongeBob, Patrick, and pineapple house could benefit from even more of the show’s characters.

SpongeBob Cereal Store Brand Alternatives

With the popularity of the SpongeBob SquarePants movie, there have been many kids and adults alike who’ve tried the cereal and loved it. However, if you’re looking for some similar alternatives that you’d like to try out, here are a few worth trying.

  • Marshmallow Mateys
  • Lucky Charms
  • Fruit Loops with Marshmallows
  • Marshmallow Krispies

Nothing quite compares to the hilarious sponge- and pineapple-shaped marshmallows that are on offer with this box but there’s plenty out there to keep kids entertained during breakfast time.

Where You Can Buy Spongebob Cereal

There are several places where you can buy the Spongebob Squarepants Cereal, although fairly limited in its promotion, it’s part of Kellogg’s cereal brand, which is highly popular. Here are a couple of places where you can order this cereal online:

  • Instacart
  • Walmart

You may also be able to find this marshmallow-based SpongeBob cereal in other local grocery stores near you.

Famous SpongeBob Cereal Commercials

As SpongeBob is one of the favorites for cartoons, it’s had one or two commercials in the past. Here is one example of the advertisements that have been made for this cereal brand.

This one from 2004 features a dog watching marshmallows of Spongebob and Patrick jumping up and down in the bowl.
